The Division of Energy, Housing, and Community Resources will partner with the Wisconsin community Action Program Association, to provide direct assistance to residents of Wisconsin administering this funding. The Wisconsin Community Action Program Association is accepting applications now. The program is open to all 72 WI counties. This program will be available until funding runs out but no later than December 31, 2020.
Share this information with your tenants who need assistance and ask them to act quickly! Tenants will need to contact their local WI CAP to apply. You can find a list of WI CAP offices on our COVID-19 Resource page under Resources for Tenants.
