LicensE New Licensing Platform
If you are applying for a new license or renewing your manufactured home community license, you will now need to set up an account in LicensE. All individuals need to create their own account. You will need your email address, SSN, and date of birth when setting the account up. Businesses will need to set up a separate account using the business’ EIN and owner contact information. Both are quick to set up! You can find out more about LicensE on the DSPS website.
What is a reinstatement? Each license has a period for a late renewal. Once that period has passed then you will have to get your license reinstated. When applying for a reinstatement in LicensE, it will tell you how long that period is.
Renewing a License
Currently you will continue to renew your current licenses in eSLA or by mail. Note: Mailing applications will NOT be an option once license renewals are moved to LicensE. License renewals should be migrated over to LicensE by the end of February.
