DSPS Important Ticketing Information
Do you have issues with your licenses or titles? The Department of Safety and Professional Services uses a ticketing system to resolve issues with stakeholders and recommends it as the first step in seeking assistance. To submit a ticket, go to License.wi.gov and log into your profile. Then click “request support” in the top navigation bar. If you don’t have a profile, you can still go to License.wi.gov and request support. Logging in first usually shaves some of the time it takes to respond and helps ensure that the right staff person fields your question, but all tickets will be reviewed and addressed whether you log in or not.
