This course is approved by the Wisconsin Dept. of Safety and Professional Services (Course ID #11707) for the following credentials:

  • 12 hours of Manufactured Home Installer Initial Training
  • 12 hours of Manufactured Home Installer Continuing Education
  • 12 hours of UDC Construction Inspector Continuing Education

The course includes:

  • Installation Standards for Homes Produced on or after April 1, 2007
  • Installation Standards for Homes Produced before April 1, 2007
